Do you have a dream notebook on your bedside table where you write down your dreams? You should. Its very helpful especially when you experience problems. Sometimes you just have to leaf through it and you'll find out why you aren't able to sleep well or why you keep on having a bad day...

Yup. And as long as you have a dreambook, you become somewhat aware of it when your sleeping that sometimes, you hear yourself in your dream telling yourself to remember it so you can write it down when you wake. Fascinating, really...

Cool. =) Remember to keep the dream notebook and a pen as close to your bed as possible. Most of the time, dreams vanish as quick as bubbles do. So keep your notebook near =) Happy writing! =)

Nope, I don't have one. I can hardly even remember my dreams so it probably wouldn't be very useful to me.

They say you are conscious when you're dreaming (sort of) and you can actually will yourself to remember a dream.
