This is actually a philosophical question just to boggle our minds. The sun is something that we are to accustomed to see since in everyday of our lives, it's routine is to rise from the east and set on the west. However, the reason we believe it to be so is because we have developed the habit that indeed the sun will rise on the east and set on the west. However, what would happen if there is one instance, just one instance that the sun did not rise or if it did it rises on the west, Would this change our perception of what we believe is knowledge? So do you think that the sun would rise tomorrow? :) heheh. happy mylotting

Hi wer! It is an interesting question. However, I would like to say that the sun does not rise as per our thinking and wishes. It is a celestial body and it never in fact sets in. Revolving of earth around sun causes day and night. If there is a dark in one part of the world, there would be light in the other part of the world.

I agree with all of your answers. However, my question is what if all the things that we believe are all deceptions and mere illusions. What if we are merely deceived to believe that there is an outer space where the sun is the center of the solar system and the earth rotates around it? WOuldn't that make it possible for the sun not to rise tomorrow? :) It is a mind-tickler and not a question of belief of whther there is a God or science proven facts. :)

No, we'd just have to look at WHY this happened. It would probably mean some sort of global catastrophe had occurred, however. If the sun didn't rise tomorrow--or rose in the west, we'd have some huge concerns to deal with--and many things would be more obvious than the direction our light is coming from.

Hi there, I have no worries even if the sun will not rise tomorrow for I know everything is in control in the hand of our Almighty Father. Even if the sun will rise on the west and set on the east, which is opposite to what we believe in, still my perception of what we believe will not changed that the sun will always rise and set regardless to whatever direction, maybe in knowledge it will change for the idea that sun changes its direction of rising and setting down. Having faith that God created morning and night will always keep me believing that the sun will always rise tomorrow and no one can stop it from rising everyday.
