Lately,I met a problem.I can't have a good relationship with my dormates.I can't find the reason. I have a clear conscience.I'm kind to her.How should establish good relationships with friend? FOR me ,it's very hard.

Hi Alice,
We can't please everybody. 
If that doormate is not good on you, and you said you have a clear conscience about it, then its HER problem not yours.
What you can do IS you can talk to her and ask her of what really is her issue and be in the most friendli(est) way you can. That's the time you will know what really the problem is

First of all analyse the situation and see it with a third party eye sight, i.e. not in your angle but as a third party. Then you will know who is wrong. Without showing anger or prestige, try to talk to them on issues. If there is your mistake, do not hesitate to say sorry. This will create a good impresiion on you. If they do not change, then no use being with them. Seek accommodation elsewhere without showing any anger.
