I was really surprising when i saw some people not liking that. According to them they do no consume it because they don't like its color. I personally do consume at-least 2 glass daily and surprising for their stup-d reason. I have heard lot of benefits of milk, it is very vital for good health. It makes our bone strong, And one glass of milk at morning is very worth for whole day. What you know about milk, do you like it?

I love milk especially fresh, icy cold and full cream! Yum! I love drinking milk but I don’t have too much because I like to watch my weight; I don’t like skim or low fat milk, it has to be whole for me! My eight year old loves milk too. The funny thing with me is that while I was pregnant and needed the extra calcium I could not drink milk at all, it made me sick and I couldn’t face it; isn’t that strange? As soon as I had my baby I could drink it again...Bizarre.

Well I love milk and used to eat cereal but now I eat poached eggs on toast for breakfast. Best breakfast ever. I keep my own chickens so I have a ready supply of eggs. But then I live in the country now and not the city so it is easier to keep animals. Mmmm as to quality of milk that depends on the dairy that milks the cows and bottles the milk. The quality of milk also depends on the type of cow. Each breed of cow has a different fat ratio with Jersey cows having he highest fat content. Good milk needs a decent fat content to give it flavour but these days everyone is anti fat so dairy's try to reduce the fat content by using cows with lower fat content.

We don't have fresh milk readily available, and when I drink evaporated milk, or store-bought stuff, my stomach declares war. I end up spending the day in the bathroom, if you know what I mean. I'm lactose intolerant, but I love milk. I love dairy! And fresh milk is the best =) My mother never drank milk, or at least she did, once. That was in her grade school - she was forced to do so, because if she didn't she wouldn't be awarded a gold star for being a scout. It's not the color she hates, just the taste of it. I don't understand though. I love milk, it's that simple.

I know that milk is one of the sourse of protien and calcium. But I personally don't like to drink one drop of milk. Because when I go to drink it, its give the bad smell of cow's body. So I can't drink milk any more.

Oh yes I do like milk I used to drink it every day when I was young but today Im lactose intolerant so I can't have milk any more, I can have cheese, yoghurt, and some ice-cream but that's just about it. Any way I think cows milk are made for cows not for human consumption and that will explain why human are allergic to milk but anyway that is just my opinion

Peanut butter sandwich and milk. My perfect start to a day! I love milk, I love milk and you bet I love milk! I drink 1 litre of milk daily! I used to have more before when I used to stay with my parents, but now that I stay in a hostel away from home due to educational purposes I drink only 1 litre each day i.e. 3 times a day - morning, evening and before bed.

I am beyond liking milk. I like it so much that I can drink it by the gallon (literally). I no longer drink it out of a glass since it takes me a few seconds. That 3 glass a day standard I can accomplish in 30 seconds. That's how much I drink. I am a freak for that I know, but I love downing whole cartons of it. After intense lifting, or heavy lifting at work, milk is about the only thing that can satisfy my stomach. And I hear chocolate milk is good for muscle recovery, which I found out because I feel it absorbing pain from the muscles. This is also my weapon of choice when I am bulking up since I go through a lot, and not get sick. My bones are probably strong enough to be classified as something else. When I first started drinking a lot of milk, I just had a hip replacement, and I craved it. I just never stop drinking freakish amounts (between 2-3 gallons a day now). It draws attention because it is highly unusual to see that, and even the store where I buy it from has noticed that I have bulked up (cash register aisle are too small, and I think I drove up the price). I buy regular chocolate milk (organic is too expensive for my habit, soy is awful to me), but it's labeled hormone free, so I won't turn into a wild animal. Just don't let me run out or you will have to deal with a milk deprived weightlifting beast.

I take milk on a daily basis with my cereal and coffee. Recently, my father had a fall and he fractured his shoulder. He had to have a metal plate and 9 screws put in. My gosh, I was scared when I looked at the x-rays. I even joked that my dad is now Ironman. And based on the x-rays and scans, apparently my dad's bones have holes in them because of lack of calcium, and that was why the fracture was so bad. After hearing the warnings from the doctor about the importance of drinking milk and getting enough calcium from our diet, I've been religiously upping my intake of milk and dairy products.

Yes. I have loved milk since I was a child and I drink it regularly. I am told that I have good bones. When I was a small child it was compulsory to drink milk at school and they had a milk fridge with a small carton of milk for every child in it. Not every child drank theirs and I would drink the extra ones if I could. I could drink milk all day but if I did I would put on weight so I have to limit it. I have heard some people say that the milk was meant for baby cows not for us but like all mammals we were reared on milk. The difference is that we leaned how to drink the milk of other animals and make cheese. One of the greatest foods.

You know it really depends on what type of milk you drink. Cow's milk, contrary to what most people grew up to believe, is actually not very good for your body because it contains a milk protein that is difficult for our bodies to break down. I also know so many people that are in fact allergic to it. In addition to that, nowadays cows are always injected with so many hormones which are bad for our bodies. It's much better to drink goat milk, rice milk, hemp or even soy, but not cows milk. And for those that are concerned about calcium from milk sources, well green leafy vegetables in fact contain higher amounts of calcium, and there are always calcium pills as well.

I do like milk. I think it is very good for you. I know it helps your bones. I have also heard that having the necessary amount of dairy products every day can help you lose weight. I don't know if that's true, but it would be nice. There are a lot of people who don't like milk. I know it can hurt some people's stomachs. But, I like to drink milk. I try to have at least one or two glasses per day.

I use to drink 1 litre of milk a day when I was younger and now I cannot drink it anymore. The reason why so many of us are now lactose intolerant is because cow's milk is meant for baby cows not for human beings and that is why most of us cannot digest it. We are also exposed to the growth hormones and other unnatural things that cows are fed and this gets passed on to us causing negative effects.

Hi :) I really don't like the smell of milk, that's why i never drink it until my doctor suggested that i should start drinking it. And even the after taste really is bad, i mean for me, i really don't like it. But im forcing myself to learn to drink it anyway because after i had my bone screened for its density it is already deteriorating :( So my doctor advised me to drink at least two time a day plus supplements. Anyway hope i would get use to drinking it and love it like most of you does.
