I believe all of you heard about many cases or shocking incidents of maids trying to inflict harm on their employer's kids. What can parents do to ensure that the maids that they hire are really trustworthy? What steps can they undertake to prevent incidents from happening to their family? Appreciated your sharing and have a nice day.

hi mawong79 maybe the parents should drop in once in awhile at odd hours just to check on the maids also really go over their resumes and check out the past employers . do not hire anyone who was let go for any reason whatsoever. If the parents cannot just walk in unannounced because of their work schedule get a relative or close friend who can check on the maid and the children. if there are things that do not seem right the maid should be dismissed at once.,hope this helps a bit.

hi mawong.. yeah... i have seen many cases like this.. this is the main reason i will be the housewife. i have two little kids.. so, i should and i want to take care of them.. i don't like to leave them with any maid...i think more than a mother who will take care of their kids..nice discussion, have a nice day.

I guess the best way would be to look after their children themselves and not employ maids at all
