Do you approve of adsense clicks exchange?

in an underground forum i found that many ppl in mylot ( from U.S mostly) get quick bucks and allocate tasks here and earn even more. which means the start with black hat and end with white hat. very clever plan.. anybody interested in this.. looks like a great way to earn here. Never thought there existed a group of people who worked meticulously like that.
