HEy how much is a woman over the age of 35 that is 5' 1/2 supposed to weigh?

Here's an online calculator I would suggest using: http://www.self.com/calculatorsprograms/calculators/happyweight It shows a realistic, healthy weight that someone with your lifestyle & height should idealistically weigh. Hope this helps!

AW SHOOT.. I just went there but they said that the site is currently trying to update itself. I will keep checking,... Thanks a lot... I really appreaciate it. The only think is that I am 5'1 1/2 Should I say that I am 5'2-5'5 or under 5'2? Right now I am trying to figure out if I have a medium or a large frame.
