I mean where is a representitive when you just need to know about account information (maybe I am a blonde) but i wont be for long if i continue pulling it out ! Someone please send help

I could not have helped this member directly but this is just another discussion that received no response unfortunately. I am not saying that we could have helped this person directly but perhaps we could have given them some advice on where to go to find the information that they wanted/needed.
