Pelupa is a new site. Payout starts at 2cents onwards. All newbies atart at 2 cents a day. Start a thread or post a reply, just one a day. You get your 2 cents, barely a minute. Everyday make sute that you post entry at a particular time only, that is, you can post every 24 hours. At the beginning as a beginner, we can make $0.01 a day. At first when you reach $0.02, they will pay you $0.02 AUTOMATICALLY on your Liberty Reserve account. You can edit the amount of minimum payment.
