Breakfast is definitely the "must eat food" everyday. However I am a lazy people and always wake up around 11 am and miss the chance to eat breakfast. So my breakfast and lunch is always eat together. Do you skip your breakfast?

Well, I wake up early most often. But I do not eat any breakfast since I do not have the appetite to eat in the morning. I just drink coffee. Since I do not eat breakfast, I eat lunch early. The same time as you. Then I take another cup of coffee around 3 in the afternoon and take my dinner at 7 in the evening. Well, I think it is just a matter of adjustment. Still, I have heard that breakfast is really important. But in my case, I feel fine and well. I do not feel tired or hungry up until 11 in the morning despite not taking any breakfast.

I eat when I am hungry. If I am hungry when I wake up then I eat something. Usually breakfast for me is a couple cups of coffee.

I am the type of person that skips breakfast. For the same reason as you do, I wake up late sometimes and by the time that I am up and out of bed, I have missed breakfast and it is no longer breakfast and might as well not call it breakfast, but eat some lunch. If I do wake up a bit early, that is something that I have done today, then I will eat breakfast and I will eat something small. Like today I ate a muffin. Although, yes breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I hear that breakfast should be your biggest meal that you eat all day.

Hi there Well let me tell you that i have problems with my weight and in the past i would skip beakfast all the times i thought by not eating it i would be able to lose some weight But instead of losing weight i was gaining weight because when the lunch hour came up i was already starving and i would eat doble the food and after a few years li realize that if i did not skip brakfast i would be fine and it will be easy to lose weight so I did and it has been working great for me.

In my college hostel the breakfast timings are 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, if I wake up at 9:10 or 9:12, mess closed & want to wait for only dinner at 12:01 PM.

I used to do that throughout my life, but I then developed hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. So now I have to squeeze in at least three meals a day, or six small ones. regardless I'm constently in need of food even if i'm not really hungry. However, at least the condition is easily managed. As for the word"breakfast" the true meaning of the word is the first intake of any type of food after a period of fasting. Note the word breakfast. Break it down it spells break fast. So if you eat Something even if its at noon, then it is still considered breakfast, because its the first time you've consumed food after a period of fasting, which is when you're sleeping.
