Its impossible in this life to be happy 100% of the time, but thats life. I have experienced much happiness, God has given me many blessings. Its not always easy to count our blessings when something seems to be going so wrong. But its important to remember that not everything is as bad as it seems...Try to focus on what has gone right in your life, not what hasn't happened for you, or your present circumstance. I feel where you're coming from, I've been in that spot many times, kind of am now, but God still cares :) which brings me much comfort, otherwise I'd have nothing. About 6+ months ago, I struggled with depression. It wasn't till my parents bought me a new Bible, and I began to actually read(more like study) it that I began to improve. This won't take away every problem, but it helps. Its like medicine for me, Anytime I feel down, usually time spent in the Word or in prayer fixes me. Things are never as bad as they appear. God loves and cares for us, may that bring you peace. I'll pray for you :)

About Happiness MY opinion is Only we thought that she is far away from us, we have to follow and catch it, the truth is that she is staying in our heart always but Our busy schedule of life didnt give us time to find it in inner side. For happiness we have no need to run any where just look inside and understand what we want and what we like to do. IF the day come when we understand ownself ,from that time we remain happy long life. keep smile

I have been searching for happiness for a long time and it seems to elude me.It has not come searching for me till date.Do you know of a method of drawing happiness to you like a magnet?I would love to know it.Happiness of course it relative and has a different meaning for everybody, but generally very few people are really happy as they are. They have fleeting moments of happiness but no formula to permanent bliss is available.
