Hi, everyone is talking about referrals. I dont understand what it entails and how it works. I have been wondering how I can use referrals to make extra cash. Can someone please tell me what is referrals are, how they work and how I can use it to increase my earning.

Hmm.. Well its only an instance of team work. The people who join the site only earn for themselves. If people join under your reference, then they are not doing any harm to their earnings. Infact, apart from their earnings, they also help you earn. 50% of what theye arn is also credited to your earnings. That percentage is not fixed. It varies from site to site. But the basic idea behind making referrals is same. Its something similar to what people say working as a team so that everyone can benefit.

referrals are the person you know or you do not know before ,you invite them to sign in MYLOT website. Then they are members of MYLOT.
If they try to make money through this website .They make money for themseves also for you , you can get extra cash 25% of their incomes..
so invite as more perpon as you can ..
