So three years out of my lapband surgery and I have lost approx. 70lbs. I have more to go, but have hit that wall! Anyone else in my situation?
What are your habits with eating? Excersize? Etc.

I haven't personally had the procedure but I know of one that has, He just recently got it done with the gastricbypass also. I feel they done it this way for the excess skin he would have. Its been about 4/5 months and he has last 75 lbs. My sister in law has the gastricbypass done over a year ago and she lost about 130 lbs and she is staying at her weight now for about 4 months. She wants to lose another 30-50 lbs.
My suggestion is to continue watching what you eat, stay aways from fats, sugars, grease. Keep your portions small and eat more fruits and vegetables to keep you fuller and get the vitamins and minerals you need. Drink water, stay away from soda/pop for the caffeine and because of all the sugars. Exercise is best for you mental health as well as physical health and gain energy. You have made it this far, you can continue to lose if you truly stick to your routine that you had at the beginning. Walking does wonders. ( I know I need to do more)
Do you still have to go in and get the fluid injections? Do they want to you to get B12 shots? If you are doing all this plus more then I would talk to the doctor, they may need to adjust the band.
Good luck and wish you the best.
I have been researching these surgeries and haven't had any luck for I am on Medicaid and they don't want to pay for anything :(
