I own a cell phone, I used it when necessary. I saw people in restaurants, driving down the road, walking, running, using the cell phone in any situation one can think of. Sometimes I go out with friends and their phone is ringing all the time, I think it is annoying. The positive thing that i can say about cell phones is that they're handy in emergencies. Cell phone has become one of the most important thing. It totally changed everyone and made easier the contact from one corner to other. Surely life without cell phone will be very difficult to all.

I have a cell phone but I don't really use it that much other than to play games on it. Mainly it's for emergency purposes. They are handy to have in emergencies, that's for sure. I remember last year my car randomly quit several miles from my house in the middle of no where. My phone was out of power and unfortunately no one would come to the door at the only nearby house. Fortunately I was able to get someone to take me to my house. It's times like that that remind me of why I'm glad to have it for emergencies.

In future, our cell phone can function as a PC, then I think people couldn't live without cell phone. The main function of cell phone is communication. If the cell phone could function as a laptop, it is a perfect device that everyone would have it.

If there is a multi-task cell phone which can handle many calls in a time, I think that cell phone is suitable for you.

I know that I can live without it. Although by this time it is necessary but that could not be applied to me. I was born without it, I grew up not having it, so it means that cellphones can be avoided. At this time, though plenty are using it, but sometimes there are alot of complications that happens to us with regards to its usage.

I really rarely use my mobile phone so I'm not addicted and I could perfectly live without it so for me it's just a funny question - people decades ago lived without it why couldn't we live without it?

Yes i guess that i can live without a cellphone as well...in some occasions is really useful but i think that in the future a right laptop can substitute the cellphone enterely even for measures than functionalities so i think in some cases even modern laptop can substitute it and so you can live without cellphone as well!!

I don't know whether I can live without a cell phone or no. When I was in college, most people possessed a cell phone, except me, and I lived through it. Now, I am at work, and I more than happy to be able to afford a cell phone. I don't need it to be fancy or anything like that. I just need the basic feature of calling and receive calls. So, I can't really answer your question here.

I depend on my cell phone for work and to keep in contact with friends and family. I could "live" without it, but it has become like an extra limb to me.

I always keep my cellphone handy. There are times when I turn it on silent mode. Nowadays, it has become a good tool for communication, so I'd rather have it around.

As to me, most of the time it's something that ensure me keep in tougch with the others. Thus, the basic function is enough.(Mine is MOTO V3ie) But when waiting in the airport or bus station,I prefer to have a more functional more intelligentized one to find more joys and kill the time. Maybe my next cell phone will be Nokia E63...

We have lived for years without use of a cellphone. It would be very possible for me to get by without one.n Our lives should not revolve around the cellular phone.

cell phone is so over rated to most people .. they think that it is so prestigious that some people forget to its real function. i would like to set it to silent most of the time .. vibrated mode is the best choice. but when it comes to privacy time and i would like to stay away.. i set it in full silent and put it in the drawer. so it won't bother me ...

I could totally live without a cell phone most of the time I just dont want to be found talk about run away. I cant stand how my phone would ring constantly to the point where I had to turn it on vibrate so yeah it annoyed me more than anything so I got rid of it and I couldnt be happier and plus its one less bill I would have to pay each month. With the economy falling apart I think its for the best that I got rid of it.
