cbox or shoutmix? - what shoutbox widget do you use?

In many of the blogs that I have seen, I see that there are two main types of shoutboxes- cbox and shoutmix. Which one do you prefer? And why? I would like to have your opinion in this matter. If you have another better shoutbox widget, feel free to share it out to everyone. Also, this is a shoutbox question: Are these shoutboxes hosted on another server? Thanks, Nameless_
