if we owe on credit card payment happened next is sheet will continue to bill came with flowers that make debt more swollen. Call from the collection or billing will often ring your handphone, home phone and your office. Be prepared with a curt tone (sometimes even violent) from the collector who can make you hurt. Tips face the collector bank are: 1. Bold ears and do not put the heart. The point you must calm down. Don't panic. Just listen what they convey a threat even to take a life even. This is only a bluff. If you want answered, give standard answers like "okey", "thank you". Don't try argue. No any point. Let them talk all the time call. Anyway, emotions do not fall for it. Remember, keep is friendly. The more friendly, you win the more mentally. 2. There is no foreclosure. Banks not have right to take your goods without your permission because ini the agreement of credit card not any collateral or guarantee of goods. If this occurs, report it to the police as theft, embezzlement, and robbery. Because the bank knows the rules, so it not may appear confiscation of your goods 3. Offer solutions. After intimidating, next the collector bank will invite you to come talk about credit cards. At Here attitude of the collector bank started soften and improve. Don't be afraid. Just prepare yourself to negotiate. Think that your position in line with the bank. You are not lower than the bank that gave credit. So Confident. The Debt issue is a civil matter, not criminal. Collector Bank would not dare hurt you because the collector bank fear you will run or gone, and they want you pay debt. So, your position with the bank is 1:1. Listen to all offers solutions. If necessary, ask again, "were any other solutions?".

if you get a warning from a lawyer's office appointed by the bank, my advice, you must offers payment credit card debt, whether in installments or a cut the total bill (discount) Generally, the presence of lawyers just like the existence of the debt collectors attempt hit / force you to pay, the difference, a lawyer pressing of you with his brain while the debt collectors attempt press you with their muscle ...

Credit card compel you to spend more than waht your budget would allow and this can have disastrous results. It impose interest rates and other applicable fees, which would be a large amount of money. I use credit card but I feel it's useless to me. I am not yet one of those people in the buckes. I would rather use debit card.

I like using the credit card. As it is much more convenient to shop online or in the real store. I don't have to bring money outside and it is safe. Besides, the bank will give me some gifts according to my expense. And I don't have to return to the money immediately. This is nice. I often return the money a few days in advance. I love China

i am working for almost 3 years now. i never had a credit card. but sometimes it crossed my mind to have one. but i know soon i will be on debt if i am going to have one. i mean, i foresee myself splurging and buying things i don't need, maybe, lose control about my finances. so i would rather stick to my budget and not apply for credit card. after not paying for 2 months, somebody will call you at work or even harass you. so far, nobody got imprisoned because of not paying credit card.

No actually I am not a credit card user, I am a Debit card user. Yes I have faced this type of problem last year. I went to a shopping mall that was opened soon. It is too big to make it finish by walking by 30 minutes. I had made a shopping of Rs.20,000. But unfortunately I had 15000 cash in my pocket. Then I asked the cash counter operator if they accept debit card or not. They told that yes they accept debit cards. So I made the balance payment with the help of debit card.
