hi neelima,Paypal and Alertpay are two payment processors and why some sites particularly ask for either of both are----paypal is very strict when it comes to making and receiving payments as well and coz if at all you have been scammed by any site by paying the membership fee through paypal or in any hyip programs then there are chances to get your invested money back coz it limits the site owners account(who tried to scam you) and return the money you have paid him if you can prove that he scammed you.Thats why many hyip sites and scam sites do not pay through paypal it is very fast in identifying scam sites. While Alertpay is an alternative to paypal and accepts all kinds of hyip sites so sites are much more trust worthy when they pay you through paypal.hope you got the difference.Though there are many people who have lost their paypal accounts due to particpating in hyip programs so they prefer alert pay accounts.gud day.

Both are online receipt and payment processors. Out of Alertpay and paypal, the latter one is very popular. People say it is very user friendly. Though I do not know about Alerypay, Many people open account in paypal only. Probably Alertpay is picking up now.

Dear friend, I do use both these online accounts. But for paypal is much comfortable. Moreover the country India where I live in is accepted in paypal. Moreover paypal provides the flexibility to transfer money to my bank account. Majority sites also accepts paypal as a media for online transactions.

yes, both alertpay and paypal process online money transactions. i have alertpay but never used it because one thing, i have not documents or i can't process verification for my account. it says that we have to send documents through fax and it will cost me a lot of money to send it because it will have to pass the telephone, it will be an overseas call. with paypal, i have been using it with mylot and other sites i had before. i have no problem with paypal, it has easy transaction procedures. and one thing, they accept copies of documents if needed, through email, soft copies, that is... i just can't understand, why that site is trying to get both your alertpay and paypal account. don't you think they are scammers?

I have both a PayPal and an Alert Pay account although I primarily use PayPal because I find it a lot easier to use. I have around seven dollars in my Alert Pay which I cannot withdraw because you have to have a minimum of ten dollars in order to withdraw without a fee and it costs to deposit money in from your bank account. With PayPal there is a withdrawal fee but it is much easier to use, in my opinion. It could be that I am not used to Alert Pay, I don’t know...They both do basically the same thing.

I have learned that alertpay and paypal are two money processors that are widely used in many online programs. Paypal is the one preferred by many internet marketers. It is used by many online businesses. Alertpay is in second but is not widely used compared to paypal. It is easy to register on both sides but you need to verify your account so that there will be no limitations on the amount to send and receive. For more information, you can go to their site and learn more about it. Have a wonderful day.
