How do you react to public marriage proposal?

I think it would actually be kind of sweet to be proposed in public because it shows that your significant other wants to show others how much he/she really cares about you by doing it in public. I would probably be embarrassed though because it's so public but I would've thought that the gesture was very sweet and romantic. I would be shocked too at that moment and I'd probably be speechless because being proposed to is a very huge deal. I think that if I was in your situation and he proposed to me, my reaction would depend on how I feel about him. If I love him, then I would probably say yes, but if I was still deciding my true feelings for him, then I would definitely be embarrassed because I don't want to say yes, yet I don't want to say no. If it's the second situation, I would probably whisper to him quietly and tell him that I want to think about it and maybe give him a hug if there's a lot of people looking. I would definitely give hima chance and at the very least consider it. I know what you mean by keeping things private, but I do consider his gesture to be very sweet and romantic, though that's just me. I don't know if I would be angry though. I guess it really depends on the situation for me, though I kind of doubt that I would be angry. I would just feel completely overwhelmed and shocked.

hahahahaha i would be embarassed as well. I warned my boyfriend to not embarass me in front of people like that if he wants to propose me one day. Otherwise, I will refuse the wedding and tell him to ask again in a more appropriate place.

Hi dolly! I would also feel embarassed if I happen to receive such proposal publicly by a stranger. One should understand that it is not good to throw such proposal to others, without going into his/her details or without talking to his/her family.
