Do you make story when you are young, how about at your age now?

I admit when I was in pre-school I did tell a make up story. Like we are rich I have many toys, we always visits carnival, we have many foods at home. We are famous. But when I reach my 5th grade until now, I stop doing it. We overcome all our childhood imagination because we are getting older. However, i have a classmate when I was in college that was still doing it at her age of 20 years old. She told us that she was rich, she have ascienda. They have house in Rome Italy. They have met the Pope. Okay maybe it is possible, but the way she looks compare to some of my rich classmate was way to far. Even here at work there are still people who do the same. They do it just to make known , to be popular. For me, what do I get for making stories. I will do a novel and publish it in the future instead of sharing it. I just don't get it. Do you know any people like this? how do you react? do you believe them or you have second thoughts?

I am sure it is not only once, I did that too when I was young. Just to be able to pass an assignment or writing project. Thanks for the response.

yes, when I was young I used to make stories, especially about the fairy tales and the monster stories where the prince saves the princess and all that.
It was the time with not much to think about the world and you having your own world of stories containing different characters.
But now times have changed and responsibilities are uploaded, even time is scarce and no time for these things.
But i still love, writing stories.

I agree there is so much responsibility we have now rather than doing it. I still love writing stories too.

yup, I did when I was a pre-school too. Almost all of the kids make up stories because they want to be 'the boss'. I don't make stories now cause I've known the value of veracity. I know people like that too, narcissistic and sometimes histrionic. Maybe they just lack attention and just wanted to be at the center of most people's eyes. I just try to ignore but understand people like that.

I laugh at their back actually. I am thinking they are just buying their audience. They can't make all people believe on them. Thanks for the response.
