How can I lift my paypal limited access ?

I have this problem of having limited access to my paypal. I dont know but few months ago, paypal restricted my account without any reason. I cant send money, cant receive money, cant close my account. They asked me to provide documents to prove my identity. I uploaded them my passport's scan images to prove it, but they did nothing. Later I mailed them about this. Still they didnt do anything. I live in India,and dont know how to go ahead with this. And since I cant operate my paypal , I cant even receive payments and cant use that money, so if there is any solution, then please help me friends.

you have same problem with me my friend, possible to lift the limited is input the debit or credit card. It doesn't easy if we need the card for verification process, and yesterday I didn't received anything PayPal hold my money there. May be, someone will help us to resolved this problem.

I guess paypal is proving to be pain in the asss, there are so many of my friends who cant work on any site which involves paypal, because Paypal doesnt even allow us to create another account with same details of ours. I wish I could kill those bastardss who cant even give us good service, holding our money for no reason. I was banned from a site which was paying me, just because I wasnt able to receive money to my paypal account. Its so bad.

no, I'm from Indonesia but they have been limited my account because unauthorized activity and I didn't found someone else have been using my account. And I cannot received, sending, request and withdrawal. If this is security reason why they should do it. So, I have to create my own debit card from other site because they denied my local debit card.

I think you have to accessed your account from different computer and different ip address, that's why paypal restricting your account for your own good. Such thing is normal and mostly paypal users experiencing this same thing with you. So just scan a copy of your identity card, and follow the instruction on your account page. Usually they will give you an easier way to solving your problem. But make sure you are not on a phising site of paypal. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

But then, even after providing them my passport's scanned image, they are not doing me any favor. They are such idiots that I curse them all day. I cant work on any site which deals in paypal just because my paypal is limited. What a shame to have paypal

I have the same problem you're experiencing.I already gave them all the documents regarding my identity and explain everything regarding the activity on my account.They said for security purposes but it's the second time that they've done this.Now they limited my access and I can't withdraw from PayPal the money that I should send to my friend.They're ruining the trust that my friend gave to me because of this.Just be careful with dealing with PayPal.The only thing that I can tell you is email them regarding your account.
