Healthy snacks

My daughter loves to eat a variety of food items. Could anyone suggest some vegetarian snacks that can be cooked easily, say, within 20 to 30 mins time?

maggi, fried rice, veg Biryani, soup any kind of vegetable soup. You can also give her home made sandwichech, halwa, cookies. But do take care of cholesterol

Thank you for your valuable suggestion. I tried giving fried rice 2day and she relished it.

hi,i suggest,sprouted pulses like,bengal gram,green gram along with small carrot pieces.If they don't show interest as raw food,you can add MASALA to spouted seeds..Try this,i think you might have known this already. Have a nice time.

I give her this. I mix sprouted pulses with other vegetables, stuff it in chappathi and give her. I also put them in veg and fruit salads and give.
