There are times when you want to do something which interests you but can't do them... WHY??? may be because people think: * you are too small to do that.... * you don't have the experience to do... and so on... how many times you had to listen to "DON'T DO THIS" from either your parents, teachers, elders, neighbors etc... Do share some interesting things happened to you...

It is an elder´s role to guide the next generation. But it is also important that the young people weight what they want to do with this knowledge. All youngsters rebel, but when they are older they have certain values that they learn from their peers and others that they have decided to have themselves. If we always obeyed and did not ever do a daring thing that is forbidden, we would still live in caves. The way to learn is by making our own mistakes. But please keep in mind that we should also think what risks have things we want to do. There´s always a reason why peers don´t let you do things. I am old, I rebelled when I was young, I learned (sometimes the hard way) and now I have found out that one good way of recontiliating things is to talk about them with the other person. Always keep in mind that experience is something you get by DOING things, not by avoiding them. Take care and listen before acting.

so i see a rebel in you here... i partially agree with what you said like youngsters learning values from their elders... but i don't agree with what you said while linking not obeying your elders with still living in caves...

Yes, I´m still a rebel at 64 years of age. But there are all kinds of rebelion. And human beings do learn from their mistakes (not by the misrtakes of their parents or teachers (who, by the way, are not perfect either). Take care

Sometimes when I want to start my own business without working for my boss. I have an idea in mind, but have never tried to put into practice as I think that it is too difficult to do it. Though encouraged by my good friends, I still don't have the gut to do it, which is my weak side not to be bold enough with enough courage. I am doubting whether I can make it if I do not have the stress put on me.

for someone to grow in life you need to take few risks... you can't choose the easy path for success... its good that you have started thinking to do something of your own... carry on with it... don't just keep it as an idea....implement it... and the results will be there to be seen by everyone...
