I have been cleaning out my friends lists, a lot of them no longer belong to mylot and others are just not active. If your account has had not activity for 60 days I
delete you. The reason behind this is if I have not heard from you or seen any activity I don't have time to try to contact you, which I try to do if you aren't active for a period of time. I enjoy each one of you and worry when you are not active. So if you find I have deleted you in error please just request friend status again and I will be happy to hear from you. I fully understand that there could be many reasons why you no longer work on mylot, life is like that, things change. Blessings

I don't have any friends, not even on myLot! Who cares!
I never add anybody but when they ask to be added I do it. I've always wondered why friends are important? I'm my own best friend, and I am darned sure my best friend will always be there for me.
Consequently I never look at (my friends list), and would never dream of deleting anyone, especially if they had not responded for a year or two. What difference could it possibly make?

I only look to see if there are some I use to hear a lot from and haven't heard from them in a while. Then I try to contact them, maybe they need a little help.
But then I find the ones that never have done much and usually they are the ones
I delete. I don't like having to look through pages and pages of friends to find
one. By the way how did the bees do this year?

Dear savypat, I'm also facing same situation. Some of my friends are no longer active in myLot. May be some of them lost forever. I sent personal message to them. Some of them replied and said they are in problem or very busy. They gave me hope they will return soon. Some did not replied to my message. But I didn't delete any of them from my friend list. I'm waiting for their come back. In their place I'm adding new friends.

I do the same thing, as I have to take the time to go through mine as well. I have deleted a few already, and ther ewill be probably lots more. I don't understnd why they ask to be our friends, but they never intend to be active. That is the first thing I check is their activity, and if there is none for 60 days, I delete them as well. Chances are they haved decided to leave mylot for one reason or aother, so they just aren't active. I won't waste keeping them as friends if they aren't going ot be active. I have a lot of friedns, so it is going to take a long time to go through all of them and delete the inactive ones. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Sure we can, as I am only looking for active ones anyway. Whenever I get friend requsts, I check their profile to see their activity before I even accept them. I have ooodles of friends, and I bet once I start tcleaning them out, I won't have a lot left, but that is okay. I do so enjoy mylot for sharing, learnings, making friends, and earnings. I am glad you are active too, as most don't realize that if they want to earn, they better be acitve. Thank you for asking to be my friend. I will surely accpt it.

I have not done a random check on my list yet. So my friends have been there from day one. I have few who are missing in action for a long period of time but suddenly reappear. But they are no less people in my list whom I have accepted still having zero activities. I might have to delete them as keeping them serve no purpose when they are only sleeping partners.

I must do the same with my friends list, even if I just get rid of the avatars of those who no longer have an account, it would be a start. I have heard that if you delete a lot of people you lose earnings; I don’t know if that is true but I saw a discussion about it a while ago. I worry about ‘lost’ friends too and I do try to contact the ones that I can to see if all is ok; it’s a concern when someone is very active and suddenly they disappear!

I think most of us do this kind of "house cleaning" now and then. It helps hold down the clutter, and makes it easier to maneuver on any site...or even in my personal computer files :)
I also worry when online friends simply disappear. I always wonder...hope they're okay.
