Hello, Janey. Yes, pastilles are definitely for chewing and fruit gums for sucking. I don't mind who owns the parent company, as long as they don't mess with our facourite sweets. If anything happens to Crunchie, my life will be over. We live in Spain, and we can get English sweets and chocolate over here, but it's very expensive. When we visit England, I always stock up on multipacks of my favourites.

I totally agree with you. I just love British chocs and sweets, would miss them if I ever moved away like you have and it's good that you can get hold of them where you are.
