Vertigo is a mini publisher that is ran through DC Comics, and publishes mature comic books in the past they have done books like Sandman, Transmetropolitan, Preacher, and many more phenominal literary comic books. Currently it has Fables, a story about fairy tale characters living in modern New York, DMZ, a story of life in New York during the second American Civil War, Sweet Tooth, a little boy who is part deer trying to survive in a post apocalyptic world, Scalped, a hard broiled noir tale set on a Native American reservation, and tons more fantastic series.
