Do you think it is good to panic even at the most difficult times? Once we panic our brain stops working and we tend to commit even more errors and the situation will become even more worse. Therefore it will be better to control our emotions at testing times instead of panicking. But it is easier said than done. I agree.

yes getting panicky can actually mess up the situation.recently i did commit a blunder due to my tendency to panic. i had to bear heavy losses due to something very avoidable. i am working to control such panic attacks

yes,its better said than done.last week i did some grave mistake in my workplace .and am so panicked just to think of it. it is impossible to rectify and i have to face the music.despite my trying so much of relaxing activities,i am unable to prevent those panic attacks as the thought of failure and disgrace is becoming so overwhelming for me.
