hello.i think this is a real headache.my boss give me many works at a daught .i really at a loss. i cann't stand .to be frank,there is not enough time to complete the work in one day,although he sak me to do so. i feel i hate the job ,not for other ,just boss can't understand what will employee think about .if were you ?what will you do ?just quit the job right now?.now,spring festival is coming,is it a good time to quit the job .so boring .

I have known some people in my life that are slave to their jobs
almost 24/7. And first and foremost I am one of them before. I work
for six years in a company that is both stressful and demanding. I just
cant get out of it because I needed that job and salary at that time.
One day it dawned to me that I could never be free from it if I stay for another year. So I quit and its the best decision I ever made. Go for what you think is best for you.

Well, it's really difficult to work when you have a not understanding boss, especially when the boss expect you to work 18 hours a day, except for sleeping hours, you should dedicate all your time to the company.
I always think working is part of our lives, but not the whole of our lives. I should have my work and life balance, I should have my own personal time. If I have this kind of boss, frankly speaking, I'd definitely quit and get another new job. I know it's not easy to get a dream job, but I don't think I should compensate my life to get a job that really affects my life and my health.
Perhaps you can keep looking for new job while you are still working there. Then when you get the job offer, you can tender your resignation letter.
