Does Anyone know how to make white chocolate from scratch

I'm making my husband a cake from scratch for his birthday on Monday and there are some decorations I want to use I saw on the internet. But it uses white chocolate and he's diabetic, so I was going to try and make it from scratch. If anyone has an idea how to do it from scratch please let me know. If you don't know how, please don't respond thanks. I know they have white chocolate, but its alot of sugar

It is a pretty heavy process and does take some understanding of the mechanics involved.
