Wedding is one of the most exciting part in our life. Some are very excited, some are not. Some prefers to have a civil wedding, church wedding, garden wedding, hawaiian wedding, etc. What are your thoughts about this topic?

Oh how sweet and romantic. That will be a big day and memorable. I might add to that you will take pictures every angle with your beautiful wedding dress. When it happens, please, please let me know.

I've been looking for a topic that I can go on and on about. I think this just may be it. I'm not engaged or anything, lol, but I've seen lots of beautiful weddings so I've got a bit of an image in my mind of what I want some day if anyone "puts a ring on it" so to speak. I like traditional stuff, Nothing too glam or sparkly. More fairy tale princess than Hollywood starlet. Stuff that's very tasteful and timeless. Not "trendy." For the dress, white and very Cinderella-sized. Maybe strapless or a halter, those are cool, too. I like trains and the dress but nothing abnormally long to make the bridesmaids that have to carry it annoyed. Hair and make up, very feminine but not overdone. Pretty classic. Decor white maybe a tad bit of red (cherry, not orange-y) and black. Time of year Spring or Fall. Place, NYC or Paris... some place it would be cool for the guest to travel to. But not an island... I just don't dig the tropical wedding thing. Not too many guest either, just the people that really, really matter. About 50. People we'll still know 10 years later. lol And that way, more money can be spent on each or the guest food and stuff. Oooh, and for the cake fairy-tale-ish, maybe some color, like the red and black I mentioned. But mostly a clean white look to it. Flavors, I don't know yet. I think little details like that are fun to decide on with the groom - whatever stuff he'd care about.

Oh, and I like all the silly little traditions like the throwing of rice. Those things are really little but I think those things make it feel more special.

Me, I dream of a wedding with the man of my dreams. It should be in an island and all of our loved ones are there. It's a church wedding in an island. And of course, it must be the husband's money to be used for it. It's my dream wedding. :)

My husband and I were married in a church with a cowboy/ cowgirl themed wedding. We were very happy and the decorations were not expensive at all as most of them we already had!

Im engaged so I've been thinking about this topic a lot. I am torn between a church wedding and a garden wedding! Either way, it will be a small wedding with about 50 at most attending. I am leaning towards a church wedding so I dont have to worry about the weather! Its hard to predict the weather where I live and would be too stressful!
