Do you like the Simpsons or Family Guy?

Let me start out by saying, I love both shows. When Family Guy first started, I liked it more than the Simpsons, partly because I hadn't seen any of the old Simpsons, only the recent ones, and Family Guy seemed so much edgier. Also, I love the dynamic between Stewie and Brian. However, as the years go on, I feel like Family Guy is losing it's edge. It's still funny, don't get me wrong, but it's become a little predictable. These days, when I want something fun to watch, I'm much more likely to turn on the Simpsons. It has better plots and more consistent characters, and still manages to be funny and edgy and mildly offensive. What do you think? If you had to choose one of the two shows, which would you choose?

I already prefer The Simpsons to Family Guy so I would have to say... The Simpsons! I do like the plots a lot more and the humor is a lot more to my tastes versus Family Guy. I actually didn't really get into the Simpsons until the movie came out but I already place it on my favorites list.

Definitely the Simpsons, both better animated and better humour. Have tried watching Family Guy a couple of times, but could nevwer get into it. Was hooked on the Simpsons from the very first time I watched. At the end of the day though, its all a matter of personal taste ..... If we all agreed on what was best, what a boring world it would be!

both anime series are amazing or funniest but these two i much like to watch family guy episodes on http://familyguy.download-tvshows.com/ actually it's too much funniest than Simpson. Stevie is too much funniest character entertained with some funniest stuffs. whether this series losing it's edge but i would like to choose family guy tv show.

Personally, I prefer The Simpson's to Family Guy...the humor is more down to earth and the plots are certainly more interesting.
I find that the humor in family guy is not funny and the humor is more often than not,really obscene...
Perhaps the reason I like The Simpson's more besides the point that it is funnier is because I remember watching when I was six years old.Wow this show has certainly been around a longgggggg time
