Do you get carried away by face value?

This may be a cliche but something I need to ask you once again. Do you get carried away by face value? I responded to an opportunity recently where there was a call for serious writers to make money by writing online. I did and the response which I got for my trouble was a blatant rebuke. The language used was indecent and the person who does all this is hiding behind the photo of an attractive woman! I know the person will be shocked to read this, but I'm going to keep his identity in private for the time being.

It is said that "Face is the mirror of the mind". It may not be completely true, but very often it is. I believe in face value and I do tend to make my judgements based on the face value. Now, if the person chooses to hide behind a mask, it is bad luck!

This is precisely the case with this person. Putting the face of a pretty woman to get leverage is cheap publicity and there are people out there who do it to make the most of it. Thanks for the post mistlady.
