Does anyone use an at home air cleaner?

Recently my allergies have been getting really bad. I've been thinking about getting one of those air purifiers to see if that helps.
No one in my house smokes and we try to keep things pretty clean, but I am allergic to dust and I think that maybe some is coming in from somewhere. Does anyone have any experience with an air purifier like these ( http://www.aircleaners.com/ )? Did it make a difference in your allergies?
One of my roommates has asthma so I'm thinking that cleaning up the air might make a big difference for him, too.
Opinions?
Thanks!

You might find some nice air filters/purifiers that are very effective for people with allergies that can be found at PureAir-WaterForTheEarth.com

We keep getting complements from customers about the effectiveness of the air filters that are offered at www.PureAir-WaterForTheEarth.com and how they do a great job for people with allergies.

That will be the thing to check out. I don't have an air purifier nor have any experience with one. I also have allergies, and have a hard time dealing with them, but if I get one Ill try to message you telling how it worked.
