court help me

i go to traffic court on the 22nd the just says tht he is going to "sentence" me on tht day he might be leniant cuz of the holidays can they arrest me in traffic court i heard somewhere tht they can i have 7 drinking tickets and petty theft, do u think he will put me in jail for tht?

It depends on a lot of things. how many charges are against you, how severe the charges are, weather the court determines them all to be misdminers or not, and who you get for a judge. The most important thing you have to do is show up. If you skip out, then that's an automatic arrested and you could easily be arrested on site. So if you want to avoid that kind of trouble, then I suggest you do as you're told. Answer any questions truthfully because they can spot lyers easily enough.
You may or may not be spending the holidays in jail. It will be decided when you go to court. Just stay calm if at all possible and it should go easier on you.
