Have you heard of this this movie? Its an animated movie that came out in 1991 or 1992. I remember seeing it at the Video rental store when I was a kid- I rented it and re-rented it so many times, I absolutely loved it. I can't really remember what its about, thinking about it now. All I remember is it starting out as in live action scenes, with this boy. And then a big rainstorm came, and the boy turned into a cartoon kitten in a coonskin cap and the movie became animated. I also remember the villain being an owl. w
