My kids hate brownouts as well as me. They shiver in fear, their palms begin to sweat and they scream at the top of their lungs. They never like the idea that their world would be put to a halt even for a few minutes especially in the middle of their favorite TV show or movie. But here's the best part, they would start shouting, "Mom! where are you?" and as soon as they hear my voice it's like magic to their ears. And soon as they reach me, I grab their hands and hug them both very tightly and assure them that everything's okay "Mom is here." Oh, I started to love brownouts. Can you imagine how it feels like?

I hate brownouts , i never like the idea of staying inside the house without electricity since it's hot inside, there's no television and i could not work on my computer.

I think the word you're looking for is "black outs" - when the electricity goes out for a small (or sometimes large) amount of time? I honestly don't really care either way. LOL. We barely ever have blackouts, and I don't really watch all that much TV or anything..So it might just be a nice time to take a nap or relax. My only issue with black outs would be if I was on the internet, maybe on MyLot, and the internet cut out (because the electricity was down due to a black out). I can understand how your kids wouldn't enjoy them though.. If I were still a kid, I'd be angry about having my favorite cartoon be interrupted, too! LOL.
