One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

This is a very helpful tip u provided on my lot.Many can read ur suggestion regarding usage of water and this would definetly be helpful.Some say to drink seven glasses of water early in the morning.But u provided a timetable of when to take water.And how it helps us preventing bloodpressure,heart attack,activating internal organs and helping digestion of food.
