Hi. A freelance without a long-term commitment to any particular employer is a self-employed person who pursues a profession without a long-term commitment to any particular employer. I'm a freelance and I've done several jobs online and it was really, really tough job! In able to be hired you must have a good background on the job that you are planning to bid. If you want to be find job as a freelance try Odest. They have huge list of contractual jobs.

I'm no longer active in Odesk, quite don't have luck there. I'm into business transcription and done several contracts but i quit because the job is unhealthy. Its like working in a call center. You failed in Odesk testing skills? I only done several exams though. For now I can't help you. I'm also looking for a good opportunities online. Lets try home based costumer service representative. I'll PM you if i already found a BPO company that offers home based agent.

Thank you.. Are we talking of the same page? I'm a little bit confuse.. I'm talking of a site freelance.. But I don't have an idea about it. I don't know if you and the rest of the threads are just explaining what freelance is or are we all talking about the site freelance? lolz ... I have Odest.. But I don't know where to start. I don't load the program but I removed it now. I tried to answer the quiz but I failed. Are you a member of Odest? active? If yes can you help me start? I warn you I'm a slow starter..Very slow..but once I have a hang of it I become a dragster..lolz.

There are a lot freelance sites that I know of. I am already earning passive income from them, meaning, I just do the task (writing) once and my earnings just grow everyday. If you want to join you can just send me a message.

Some freelancers job is not always offered to some counties like Philippines. I been trying to find a good one for a long time. But i failed because they want a skill person and I'm not. So I just find some work in the internet that do not skills like that. Fortunate of me because I knew some programs out there. Good luck on finding a freelance work. may your luck is better tan mine.

Freelancing is a very tough job. You must very proficient and skillful. Plus you must have a very good resume. These companies in which they are hiring freelancers are very strict with their freelancers selection. But if you are into freelancing, you must be very prepared since freelancers will be paid handsomely for their works.

Being a freelancer, you can do your work any time you like. And there is not boss for you.You can search for sites that offer freelance job. Then, look for the project you are interested.Once you have finished your project you can get your payment.
