Friends,I heard the limited intake of redwine is good for heart.Is it true?can women drink redwine?

Hi, jeyasutha. I heard the same thing too. I believe the redness of it comes from the red grape and it is very healthy for the heart. I know that I will plan to drink it, but just not on an consistent basis.
