Take care of your health

We often say that we are busy and we can do some exercies or eat more healty later. It is not easy to find more long spare time. So we should eat more healthy food. In fact I am one of that kind of people. I do not care about meal and exercise. But now i think i should take care of it and eat regularly. Do you know more healthy food and cooking?

I am also very health conscious but it's sad that most of my favorite foods are not healthy. I honestly don't like the taste of vegetables but I sometimes eat because I have to. I also don't exercise very often because I think it's very tiring. I only do few stretchings for only 5 minutes. I know it's not enough but at least I have done such very simple exercises.

Hi, Kevinll. It is important to have meal regularly. Of cause we need to drink water as much as possible. Water is so important to keep our cell fresh. Juice are full of vitamins and is very good for health. Also, take more vegetables and fruits. Even though you are busy, you still can maintain a healthy body. If cooking, try to avoid prepare fry or oily food. Have a healthy lifestyle.

i think the chinese food is very healthy and you don't need to pay much attention to it,there are many green vegetable in our daily diet , if you can eat more fresh fruit and drink some water very day that will enough! that is why i like chinese food lol! : )!

Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables regularly along with your normal diet.. Along with that drink plenty of water daily(1.5-2litres).Water helps to flush out the toxins from the body.Avoid junk food as much as possible and do yoga...All these are secrets of good health.

generally speaking, if you want to get fit and healthy with no time to go to gym or exercise in you own, just mind your diet, eat food that are complex (low gylcemic index of 55-69) carbs/fiber, protien and healthy fats (olive oil/flax seed oil/canola oil) and frequency of eating is 6 times a day in SMALL PORTION, like half of your fist of all the nutrients mentioned..
