what actually is traffic exchange?

i do ptc's and i often come across this traffic exchange even here in mylot. there is even the click exchange and am not even aware if traffic exchange and click exchange are the same.

traffic exchange are site that offers 1:1 ro 1:2 traffic to your site. that means if yu wisit one site on traffic exchange they provide you wil either 1 visit per site or 1 visit per 2 site. you also earn cash along with it. view banner in my profile - easyhits is one of such exchange and best out there
