is your boss kind?
i don't like my boss he is a korean man..and i'm his translator but he always says the same thing always . and he will not give you a way to handle something he wants you to do .And if you can't give the answers he wants you will be not a good staffer.
However sometimes it's obviously he made mistakes but this man my boss he won't admit it's his mistake .he always put this responsibity to his staffer.so if he is you boss would you like to work for him..
i don't like him even i hate him i don't like people who is not honest like him..
but now i have to work for him maybe i can think of it just like a life experience until i find another work whicn fits me..
MY BOSS IS NOT KIND IS NOT HONEST

Hi Xiangshu, sorry about that. I have to say that it is really annoyed to have a boss like that. Of course you feel that everything u tried didn't work. But u have to deal with it in a appropriate way, just be strong, carry on. Don't make him think u just a little girl. Cheer uuuuuuuuuuuup!!!

Numerous examples of a boss who is not liked by the employees for having the character or bad character and also has an excessive ambition to work, this is not only detrimental to the boss but also detrimental to the productivity of the company, there which assume to be a boss must have authoritarian nature of the target and crazy! ... 
ideally to be a boss is be a leader who has few skills, strategies, and properties such as can Discussions, have mission that not only money and money, Giving Drivers and Motivation to subordinate, etc., but is possible ? I think not possible, because the boss is also a human being and no human is perfect. so, enjoy it style of leadership your boss's as long as you want keep working and earn money from him

i will try my best to adjust myself into her working cycle..
heh heh because i need earn money from him until now
fortunately he is more kind to me than to others maybe because i'm the only one woman staffer in his office.

I have had a legion of them the last one being very whimsical but was quite fond of me. He was so whimsical that he used to change officers like a woman would change her clothes - transfer them from one Department to another without even letting them know why and even if they did not qualify to handle that Department they were transferred to and this affected all of us resulting in my giving up my lucrative job when everyone raised their eyebrows - specially because everyone knew that this guy had a soft corner for me. It was like a ship in rough weather!!!
