Do you like and/or follow football? What team is your favorite? Any soccer fans on board? Which is your favorite soccer team?

...Hi hawestgard, I think the cheeses the fans wear on their heads are funny. Th Packers are are very good team and they mat be in the playoffs again real soon. I don't watch during the regular season all the time, but when the playoffs start then I get very involved. I like the Packers, the Colts, the Eagles of course, the 49'ers and the Dolphins for some unknowm reason. Take care, thanks for responding.

...Hi there dodgey14, Happy 2010 to you and yours. Welcome to the ranch, enjoy, it's a fun place to be. I belong to another website where they encourage you to choose a team to cheer for. I looked at the names and the records, as I know nothing about it, as I am from the US. But the name that appealed to me was Chelsea, don't ask me why, maybe because I just like the name. So I am hoping that Chelsea wins forever. Go Chelsea! Take care.

I like professional football it is fun and sometime a little aggrevating when the team you are rooting for can not do anything right. I have always been a Green Bay Packers fan even though I am from the east coast.

...Hi Happy, For whatever reason I have never been able to watch a college football game all the way through, I guess because the rules are different and I am too lazy of brain to learn the ropes. But professional football I can handle, and a friend of mine is so into the game and our adopted team here, the Philadelphia Eagles, that he keeps me interested in them. I like the Packers as well. Take care and thanks for your response.

I am a big football fan, both for college and the NFL. My favorite professional team is the Giants. We had a stellar win last night so I'm hoping we can win out, but the Vikings game is going to be tough. As for college, my team is TCU because I attended school there for three years. I'm glad we got into a BCS game, but I'm upset that we're playing Boise State yet again. I also cheer for the Iowa Hawkeyes because that is where I'm originally from. Hopefully they can kick it in gear again and beat GT.

...Hi there Torrs13, I like football a lot. But I watch more so after the professional teams have clinched the playoffs. That's really when my interest gets peaked. The Giants are doing well right now, are they not? I am a hybrid, I like the Packers, the Colts, the Dolphins and the Eagles, who I keep hoping will do something memorable like win the Super Bowl before 2020 :o). I can't talk to you very much about the college teams except to say I hope the team you are cheering for will win. Take care, happy holidays and Happy New Year to you and your family.

I am a football fanatic. I enjoy watching the NFL, however I prefer college football. The college game is so much more pure, the players are playing for their schools and pride, not always the case in the bigs. The other great thing about college football is the power rankings and week to week difference in the computer rankings. For anyone that has a little bit of interest in football should really follow a college season, or at least catch the Saturday night games they give a good recap of the day.

...Hi there jstadlman, Welcome to the ranch, enjoy. I like the game, sometimes I get scared thinking someone could get seriously hurt running into each other, but for the most part I enjoy watching. I have watched bits and pieces of the college games, but have never learned the ins and outs, to really take an interest in the games they play. Perhaps if I took the time to learn the rules of the college games, I am sure I would enjoy them as much as I do the NFL games. Thanks for your informative comment and take care.

.......Hi there liubin, Welcome to the ranch. Have a good time here. It's fun. Whenever something new starts, even a sports team, it's rough going for a while. But teams have to be built up over time, it takes money and research to find good players. I am a fan of the Eagles football team here in the Philadelphia area, they play well for a while and then they seen to fall apart. So even your experienced teams don't always play well on a consistant basis. So in time China's team will find it's way, as they are developed and try to find a blend of players who play together well and win. Keep the faith, don't be embarrassed, they are like a new baby, they have to learn to crawl and then walk, soon they will be running. Take care.

Hi artistry, I'm clueless about football and have no interest in it, but am of course obliged to answer the question often of which team I support, so naturally I have become a supporter of the team which is supported locally, even though it isn't a local team. Anyway that is Panaithianikos, who wear green. They are actually not the national team of Greece as I actually thought they were, they wear blue. If you are interested there is a whole interest section set up here on mylot in honour of Panaithianikos, which has 50 interested members, even though only 2 of them know a whit about football. At least the name is now globally known by 50 additional people who are now obliged to cheer on the greens if ever they see them kicking a ball.

..Hi thea, I like to watch when they get down to the playoffs. There are too many games to keep up with during the regular season. That's interestimg, because I think the name you cite is the same team that a gentleman in Greece whom I used to talk with through blogging, was a big supporter of. For some reason, I decided to support a team called Chelsea on a blog, because I liked the name, have no idea where they stand at the moment, but they were playing well the last time I checked their record, which was some time ago. Thanks and take care.
