can we take non-veg food at night before we go to bed?

Yes, I think it is fine to non-veg foods before bed. I guess some of it depends on what your daily diet is like and what your body is use to eating. If you eat something incredibly unhealthy before bed and your body isn't use to it then most likely you'll wake up in the middle of the night not feeling so well! But yea, I think eating non-veg foods before bed is fine. Just remember to eat them in moderation and you'll be fine! :-)

well it depends on your preference and your system.the only thing to remember is the timing.having non-veg food late at night just before bed can require bit extra effort from your digestive system.early dinner with moderate amounts happens to be the best way out.

I don't think it is a bad thing to eat non-veg food before going to bed..You can eat them.. If you are concerned that you will gain weight by eating non-veg food in night, it is not true..According to goaskalice.columbia.edu, When it comes to eating late at night and the potential for weight gain, there are several considerations: * Portion sizes — waiting to eat could lead to consuming larger portion sizes * Quality of food — after a long day of work or school, a few slices of pizza or a fast burger may seem easier than steamed vegetables and broiled fish * "Mindless snacking" — evenings spent studying, out on the town, or watching TV may lead to excess calories from fast, sugary, on-the-go options * Health concerns — consistent periods of going without food followed by a large meal can negatively impact the interaction between blood sugar and insulin and make you more vulnerable to Type 2 diabetes. Other than that you can eat non-veg in night.

Hi SENKBITHU,Yes of course,it is your choice if you want to eat before go to bed,but in just a little amount or in moderation only.Besides it is necessary for our body for the long night resistance.But some people don't eat their dinner because they are in diet.Happy mylotting to you.
