Why people need to make decision? It is realy important in our life? What we can learnt from making a decision? How we know those decision is benefit to our or sometimes when we are making a decision, we don't realize that it will hurting someone around us.... How you feels about it?

I think we make decisions everyday not just major ones but also minor ones like what time should I wake up tomorrowe? decision making is important as it a\helps you achieve your immediate goals and achivement of immediate goals is ultimately important to achieve your major goals. I think decision making is performed by everyone either consciously or sub conciously. I guess there is no escaping this process

I agree wat say but sometimes when you are making a decision, the decison will hurting someone. Until there, how you will think and feel about it? For me, i'm a person whom think a lot, if i know my decision will hurting someone. I will feel dunnoe wat to do, feel stress and helpless then i will start to think about why people need to make decision even they know it will hurt someone. It is realy make the choice?
