December 16, 2009 2:07pm CST
During my high school days and college days, we love to serve on the net and find friends all over the world by FRIENDSTER. And afterwards, changes happens again and now you are in if you are using FACEBOOK. All people are talking about your new post picture, new post comment, and even your latest application (are you farmville, cafe world, etc... fanatic)... Actually what's the difference of the two website? You what you do you prefer FRIENDSTER or FACEBOOK???

Now here, I am more familiar with facebook than friendster. I have a question here, last time I went to friendster.com, and they require my credit cards to hook up with people. Isn't that site is free to join to hook up with people? Or it isn't free at all?

hello haze, So far, i am good with face book and the new site for me called mypage5 since i can earn money from that other site. but i haven't earned anything yet since it's too damn slow and i can't even upload videos. as for friendster, it's an old antique age for them as they struggle to remain in the social networking market since there's a threat of them closing down some day if they don't renew. not saying on their features but their contract i mean. they're catching up to face book but it's too late now.

It's no doubt as of the moment facebook dominates the social community. Facebook has a great apps that a user can enjoy will i am not saying that friendster don't have it but facebook has its advantage coz it lets developers interact directly to the users. and grabbed users name to the apps.. and much more facebook has great more features compared to friendster..

I never really knew much about friendster and I never really had a lot of friends who used it. I never used it myself. Facebook on the other hand is very popular right now with lots of people, including a lot of my friends and family. I don't know much about the differences between the sites, but I prefer facebook simply because I know so many people who are on it and that's how I can connect with them.
