I have not tried teeth whitening so i wonder if does it really work. Is it safe, in the first place? Some says its good and safe but there are many also who said that it is not safe and its a waste of money, is it??? what do you think?

It works for some people, but it does not work for everyone. If you use teeth whitening, a lot of times you are not allow to have anything that will stain your teeth, meaning no coffee, tea, soda, and anything like that. If you have white spots on your teeth, as I did, it is rare, but some people have this problem, teeth whitening WILL NOT take care of that problem, trust me, I know because I have tried several teeth whiteners and nothing took care of this problem for me, it only made it worse. As my teeth got whiter, so did the spots. My dentist told me that the only thing that takes care of that problem is bonding and cosmetic dental procedures. Pretty pricey.

I haven't tried and I would not in the future. I will feel very uncomfortable on thought of that chemical reactions are taking place in my teeth.
