When you promote your website or blogs you can try several different methods. Do you find which way is convenient? Some one focus on traffic and others notice the pagerank. How can you improve your pagerank? Maybe you should a long time to deal with it. I just do not know about it. Of course i tried reciprocal links.

Unless you have the intention to sell links, pagerank is basically useless.
I think the more important factor is the number of unique visitors from the search engines, and whether you can maintain a particular keyword in the first page of search engine result page.
Reciprocal links is useless, aim for one-way back link.
If you come across a blog with 1,000 blog posts, and you make a comment in every single blog post, you can get a backlink from each blog post.
So the key is to find active blogs with many blog posts. Sometimes you get the benefit of traffic as well.

If you are interested in page rank. You need good key words, and good qulity posts on the site or blog you're trying to promote. Keep it updated often with good qulity content that is clear and concise. This will help your ranking. Also time is a key factor, so don't worry it will improve over time if you try the suggestions listed above.
