jealous of her bestfriend - how to deal with it?

a man and woman as bestfriends. they grew up, worked together and now continue to be in touch. i saw her talk with him and saw the happiness in her face while talking with him. i felt so jealous. how to deal with this? help..

Maybe you can make friends with both of them so that you can feel their happyness.

Why should you be jealous when you know that they have been best friends before. You should empty your thoughts of any jealousies and come down to reality. A jealous person is an insecure person.

i think it is natural for people to get jealous if s/he sees his/her love with others and so happy with that. how one wishes to be in that situation opposite one's love. and i agree that jealousy is a sign of insecurity. but who is secure in love?

Nobody can claim that they are fully secured in a relationship. Trusting and loving a person is a gamble in life.

Don't worry, it's normal to feel jealous. Just always remind yourself that she's just a friend and will always be a friend, even if she shared more history with the guy. Just because the woman seems to like him doesn't mean that he likes her back. Assert yourself and show your guy each day the reasons why he fell in love with you. That way, he will only look at his girl pal as what he've always seen her: a friend.
