How do you deal with your office lunch?

Sometimes your colleagues are busy or have other thing to deal with and can not go out to eat with you. What do you do? Solo eating or eat in office? I prefer to buy some food back to offce. Some colleagues would like to do not eat. It is not bad to ignore the lunch. In fact eating in office can find more interesting food.

it depends upon how busy you are in you job. as for me, if it is too risky going out because of time, i'd like eating in our canteen with my officemates. the food is amazing! but if my schedule permits, i'd love eating heavy meals for lunch outside our canteen. and there are times that i often make my own food before i report to the office, that way i could save money for buying food instead. being thrifty sometimes could do you no harm.
