It truly feels bad being rejected by other people but this can lead to improvement and success if one is open-minded about the negative impact he/she has on others. A person may look deeper into his/her own being and analyze where he/she is going wrong, and improve. It is not easy to improve on your own if all the others around you are showing negative acceptance of your performance. Try to ask someone who can be trusted to help and guide you. It takes humility and sincerity to improve. But it can be done with determination and will power.

That's acceptable, true that we need advises from others and those who are more experienced and trusted when it comes to decisions and management, it must better to be humble and accept all the advises and you can see the results, forget about pride because it leads you to nothing, thanks, I enjoy your comments.

Hello my friend shellback Ji, It is very true in my case. My mother will always find faults and teach us where there is a room for improvements. A real friend is , who can boldly correct one's friend. A person who falls only qualifies to get up . These only are possible, if one wants to improve oneself. So till we are not rejected, we will not understand to learn bette. May God bless You and have a great time.
